Hunters and Recreational Visitors

Visitors to Mt Cecil are not subject to the same health and safety rules as workers. Because work will not be undertaken on the part of the farm where hunting is authorised Fraser Farms is not responsible for the risks taken by visitors. The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 requires visitors who are not working to take reasonable care for their own safety and that of others. This is achieved by:

• Reading the Hazards for Mt Cecil and reviewing the Hazard Map.

• Reporting any new hazards to Fraser Farms using this form (such as track condition, aggressive animals, poachers, or other hazards).

• Sign in when arriving and, sign out when leaving.
